STEP 3: CONTRACT
Time to review and sign the contract
STEP 4: DESIGN
It is now time to put your ideas on paper. We will help you bring your dreams to life by working with our top rated Professional Engineers and Architects.
STEP 5: BUILDING PERMITS
After finalizing the drawings and approving the design by the client, we will apply for the permits on your behalf.
STEP 6: CONSTRUCTION
It is now time to do the most important part of the project. We are proud to work with some of the best contractors in the industry and we make sure to keep you actively involved during the construction stage.
STEP 7: OCCUPANCY
It is now time to sit back, relax and enjoy your new home. Our services will not end here. In fact, you will enjoy our spectacular warranty starting from the day you move in to your new home.
